Mr. Whitlock is an author and military historian specializing in World War II. Three of his books have been finalists for the Colorado Book Award. He has appeared on The History Channel and in various documentaries, and often leads battlefield tours. For the past two years, he has been the editor-in-chief of a national magazine, WWII History.

Mr. Altman is a retired Vietnam Air Force psychiatrist who lives in Denver. He has a long-term interest in mystical spirituality. He is currently practicing what he calls the four "Gs"--guitar, golf, gardening, and keeping up with a Golden Retriever.
