This is your chance to see all the entries in our Peep Your Colorado contest! Come see how creative everyone got with their Peeps!

Peep Your Colorado Contest!Skiing Peeps? Peeps at Red Rocks? Peeps panning for gold? If you have a favorite Colorado activity, destination, or historical event, and also enjoy those marshmallow Peeps that surface this time of year, join History Colorado and the Denver Public Library for our Peep Your Colorado Contest! Create a shoebox-sized diorama of Peeps engaging in Colorado activities or posed at popular Colorado landmarks.

A party to celebrate the bricks and the books! The party will include painting with bricks, pin the head on the LEGO guy, LEGO Bingo, and a guess how many LEGO's are in the jar contest. We will also be judging entries in the building contest. The theme of the building contest is Building Books! Choose a favorite book and make a LEGO design based on that book. Pick up an entry form at the Park Hill Library!

Throw on your crafting clothes and enjoy a fun-filled evening creating crafts from recycled books, along with light fare. Special desserts provided by popular cooking teacher Monica Kadillak. Crafts include: unique art, containers, jewelry, decorations, and more! Drawings throughout the evening for books and prizes! A fund raiser to support Fresh City Life My Branch adult cultural programming at the Denver Public Library. Tickets: $25. To purchase tickets, stop by the Sam Gary Branch or call 720-865-0325.
