In this assembly we will explore the main phases of carbon dioxide, dry ice and bubble/fizzy CO2 gas bubbles. We will experiment with dry ice, Alka-Seltzer, Mentos and Diet Coke, and make a lava lamp, a tower of changing colors, fog filled dry ice bubbles and more. Limited to 60 participants. Tickets will be distributed at the Ask Desk starting one hour prior to the program (5:30 p.m.).

This is the ultimate class on the basics of flight! Being a former helicopter pilot himself, Captain Vic has a great love for all flying things and it shows in this program. There are many different types of flying machines, some are lighter than air, some are heavier than air. Some are powered, and some are not, but they all face one similar problem, how to overcome the force of gravity. In this class we will discover how man learned to do this through observation, experimentation, and trial and error.
