Chef Amy Hoyt, of The Seasoned Chef, asks the big question: What is a good stew without some warm bread alongside it? Creating two wonderful winter pairings – Mulligatawny Stew with Homemade Flat Bread; and Beef Tip and Barley Stew with Whole Wheat, Garlic and Rosemary Irish Soda Bread – Chef Amy will share recipes for all four and will be sharing samples of one of the stew and bread combos.

Dive into a cooling bowl of ice cream that you made yourself; Chef Shellie shares unique tips for making simple custard-based and non-custard ice creams. Then when she's combined all the ingredients, we'll take turns cranking out delicious batches of ice cream. This demo wraps up with a sampling of the ice creams you just helped to make! Chutneys can be marinades or cooking sauces for meats, relishes can be the base of vinaigrettes and ketchups can be made from fruits like raspberries and grapes.
