Knitters are great at creating fabric from fiber, but sometimes you want curve and shape – you want architectural form. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create knitted balls which translate beautifully to sculptural décor pieces or charming holiday ornaments. Inspired by the book 55 Christmas Balls to Knit by the Norwegian designers Arne and Carlos, our teachers are excited to host this workshop on three dimensional spheres in yarn. On Saturday, September 21, we will learn about hand-made paper with origins in pre-Hispanic Mexico and how this paper is used for indigenous paintings. Be inspired and create your own paintings on hand-made paper from Mexico.
Preschool Arts and Crafts for ages 3 – 5. We’ll read a book and create a simple craft. We’ll also learn about color, experiment with texture, get exposure to various art materials and even practice with scissors. Please be on time!

Learn the technique of knitting beads into your projects with this workshop for advanced knitters. Fused glass suncatchers are beautiful and so are aspen meadows! Artists will learn how to create this timeless landscape using glass. In this class there is minimal glass cutting as we will be working with glass frit. This suncatcher will have wire at the top for easy hanging.
