The quiet morning of December 7, 1941 was shattered by air raid sirens. The naval base at Pearl Harbor was attacked by Japanese fighter planes. The attack lasted less than 2 hours, but the aftershocks made waves for years to come. Several films have tried to capture the feeling of uncertainty and the extreme bravery exhibited on this day.
Born December 6, 1967, Judd Apatow started his amazing career at 17 by doing stand up comedy. He was also roommates with legendary funnyman, Adam Sandler. Apatow achieved notoriety with his excellent television writing and is responsible for such stellar shows as Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared.
One of the best (and worst) things about this time of year is how much time we get to spend with our families! If watching TV shows like Arrested Development and The Simpsons remind you of your family, here are some more great movies to help you appreciate your own unique situation.
Garrett Hedlund is not a well known actor, but I personally loved him in FOUR BROTHERS! He is one of the main characters in TRON: Legacy, playing Sam Flynn, who is haunted by the disappearance of his father Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), a man who was once known as the worlds leading video-game developer. While investigating the disappearance, Sam finds himself pulled into a world filled with gladiatorial programs. I'm kinda excited to see this one. I never saw the first one back in the 80's, but this looks good.

I love watching zombie movies so when I heard about a series I had to watch it and let me tell you I haven't been disappointed. I like how The Walking Dead brings new elements to the table that have never been done before in any zombie film I've seen. For instance I like how the cast like to NOT use guns, the reason being that the noise draws out the Dead! Also I haven't ever seen the concept where the "Living" wear body parts of "The Dead" to walk around undetected!
