Expert Chef Amy Hoyt is demonstrating a gem from the 70s and 80s: Monkey Bread. The origins of this bread are uncertain – but it is a true American original and is virtually unknown outside of the United States.
This exhibit is open during Central Library open hours. "Personal Geographies" is an exhibit of handmade, mixed media maps by Jill K. Berry and other artists. The show is in Western History and Genealogy, on the 5th floor of the Central Library through March 31, 2012.
