Notification of Holds and Overdue Items via E-mail!

The Denver Public Library is pleased to offer an integrated e-mail notice option for our customers.

This allows customers to be notified by e-mail of:

Please note that you will receive an overdue notice one day before the item is due (beginning October 22, 2007), a second notice 10 days after the item was due, and a third notice at 40 days overdue.

If the hold item e-mail notice is unable to be delivered, you will receive a phone call 2 days after the hold item was received at your preferred location. You will then have 5 days to pick up your hold.

Once you have signed up for e-mail notices, please add denverlibrary.org to your trusted senders list within your e-mail so that overdue and hold notices are not blocked or sent to your junk e-mail folder.

If you would like to sign up or if you need to update your e-mail address, please fill out the following information:

Full Name (required)
E-mail Address (required)
Library Card Number (required)
