At the beginning of a brand new year, take some time to clear out your pantry and make your kitchen into a place for nutritional (and delicious) whole foods. Chef Jessica Gaydos will share tips for finding healthier foods and navigating the shelves in any grocery store to get the best food onto your table. You’ll also explore the meanings of food labels & terminology and learn how to stock your pantry and kitchen with the basics for creating healthier meals. Samples, recipes and resource guide included. Registration is required.
