Local Authors Visit The Denver Public Library

Colorado has some pretty amazing local authors and we're proud to share them with you. Join us this week to hear excerpts of their writing and participate in lively discussions.

Local favorite, Wayne Omura, will discuss his latest book, Zen Foot-Notes: Upon the Unknown Passage. It's a "metaphysical-mystical mountain climbing adventure symbolic of our journey through life." Join us Wednesday, July 24 at 6 p.m. at the Ross-Cherry Creek Branch.

The Sam Gary Branch is featuring an emerging author, T.R. Maxus. Maxus will read from his action packed thriller, Aenamus: Silent Blood. Aenamus is an edgy, provocative story about good people crossing a line that has never been crossed. Enigmatic and intriguing characters engage and challenge readers, while daring them to redefine what is right and wrong--and where they stand. Join us Thursday, July 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the Sam Gary Branch.
