Explore Siberia on Saturday, February 25 at 2 p.m. at the Ross-University Hills Branch: This slide show will give you a tour through this remote land, including architecture, ruins, the countryside, and the Lake Baikal region. Presented by Margaret Donaven, retired DPS teacher with a passion for travel and photography.

Monday, February 27 at 2 p.m. at Bear Valley takes us on an African Safari with Traveling Librarian Nikki Van Thiel! Share her adventures!

On Saturday, February 25 at 1 p.m. at the Bear Valley Branch, learn how to Avoid Childhood Obesity with Ease, Flavor, and Affordability. Randi Levin, aka The Muffin Lady, will share tips for ensuring your children have a healthy relationship with food. She is the author of the book Love More, Feed Less: A Tasty Path to Avoiding Childhood Obesity.

On Sunday, February 26 at 2 p.m., Fairmount Heritage Foundation volunteer Ray Thal presents The Civil War at Riverside Cemetery at Schlessman. Riverside is Denver's oldest operating cemetery, and is the final resting place of more Civil War veterans than any other cemetery in Colorado. Learn about the people that shaped the course of our history!

Finally, ease into your week by learning how to make Easy Homemade Bread on Monday, February 27 at 6:30 p.m. at Schlessman. Learn how easy and satisfying it can be to make your own bread with several new and traditional methods. Recipes and samples included.
