Rental Fee Reductions
Qualifications
In general, reduced fees are available for meeting rooms under the following circumstances:
- Nonprofit meetings that are free and open to the public where all can participate fully
- State and Federal government meetings and forums which are open to the public
Meetings and events which are sponsored by the Library in support of its mission and goals, or are sponsored by agencies of the City and County of Denver are exempt from rental fees.
Central Library
The Central Library provides three meeting room areas at reduced rates for meetings which meet the above qualifications. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, during regular Library hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday). The three rooms designated for such use are the Level 2 and Level 4 meeting rooms, and the Lower Level (B2) Conference Center.
