Need a Little Adventure This Summer? Arapahoe Basin’s Aerial Adventure Park Joins DPL’s Museum & Cultural Pass Program.

You may know Arapahoe Basin, or A-Basin, as a legendary wintertime skiing and snowboarding mountain just an hour from Denver. But, did you know that you can have a summer adventure there as well, thanks to the Arapahoe Basin Aerial Adventure Park? The park, nestled in an old-growth forest, includes zip lines, balance features, jumps, and more than 70 challenges through 59 trees. Each course is rated like a ski run too-- with difficulty from yellow (introductory) through blue (intermediate). With five courses, including a Lil’ Kids Adventure Park for the youngest participants, and two hours to explore, adults and kids ages 4+ can enjoy a fun and exhilarating experience high in the trees. Ready to check out this summer mountain escape? As part of Denver Public Library’s museum and cultural pass program, library customers can book one free pass for up to four people per summer season using their library card. We hope to see you adventuring at A-Basin soon!
